June 19 - A male unaffiliated with the University, 48, reported that an unknown suspect broke a window of his vehicle in a parking garage located at South Street and Convention Avenue and removed a GPS device at about 1:30 p.m.

June 19 - A male unaffiliated with the University, 36, reported that an unknown suspect broke a window of his vehicle in a parking garage located at South Street and Convention Avenue and removed a laptop and personal property at about 2:30 p.m.

June 19 - A male student, 25, reported that an unknown suspect removed property from his residence on the 4100 block of Spruce Street at about 4:30 p.m.

June 19 - A female University employee, 39, reported that her secured bicycle was removed from outside Van Pelt Library at about 6 p.m.

June 18 - A female student, 19, reported that her bicycle, secured to a wooden railing on the 4000 block of Pine Street, was removed when an unknown suspect broke the railing at about 1 p.m.

June 18 - A male student, 27, reported that his secured bicycle, valued at $300, was removed from the 3600 block of Market Street at about 6:45 p.m.

June 18 - A male student, 30, reported that his secured bicycle, valued at $115, was removed from outside the Laboratory for Research on the Structure of Matter at about 8:45 p.m.

June 18 - Tracy McGongan, 46, unaffiliated with the University, was arrested for allegedly leaving Fresh Grocer, located at 4001 Walnut St., without paying for merchandise at about 6:45 p.m.

June 17 - A female student, 28, reported that an unknown suspect removed the rear tire to her bicycle outside Hill Pavilion at about 3:15 p.m.

June 16 - A female unaffiliated with the University, 41, reported that an unknown suspect removed a clock from her desk within an office in the Chestnut Hall Apartment building, located at 3900 Chestnut St., at about 2:15 p.m.

June 16 - A male unaffiliated with the University, 20, reported that his secured bicycle, valued at $142, was removed from outside the Dialysis Center, located on 42nd Street, at about 4:30 p.m.
